        Ok, this here is the rival application generator.  If you don't know
what an appgen is, then you probably don't need to be filling this out.
Anyways, this is for people either applying to become a rival member (artist,
lit, music, etc), a rival distro, or to request a piece of artwork.  When yer
finished with the appgen, follow the directions at the end.  Only a few minor
changes/additions tho.  For one, our APPHQ went down due to hardware problems,
so all applications are uploaded to bEYOND at 9o9.473.o768.  Secondly,
all requests for art may or may not be fulfilled.  It depends on the schedule
of the artist you request the piece from, and if the artist just plain feels
like doing a piece for your board.  I guess that's it.  Upload all applications
