oLdSkOoL II Amiga Scene Demo DVD

A Collection of ECS Amiga Demos from the early 90's.
Originally released in July 2006 (volume 1) and November 2007 (volume 2), Oldskool Amiga Demo DVD collections are exceptionally interesting, as they contain a load of rare and groundbreaking demoscene stuff from the early Amiga years, recorded directly from real Amiga.

Each disk contains around 3 hours of demoscene history, encoded and prepared in DVD-Video format and released as ISO images, for direct burning to DVD and use in players. By making them and releasing it in public domain through torrent, the author (guy called J.Tramiel) had really made an important effort that should not stay unnoticed, and that should be seen and passed on by anyone even remotely interesting in history of multimedia.

As usual, this will be best viewed on a standard TV - expect to see mpeg artifacts if using an LCD / Plasma screen. Although having said that I had a look at it on my 36" LCD and it was pretty good.
