eXCiTe - the end of a chapter

Hello sceners.

As of today, 22.8.99 about 23oo excite doesn't exist anymore.

Excite started as Hells^Passion, ran by Iquito and Moquai.
Over the time, Acid Angel, Tash, Fairway, Sweeper and GenoZ
joined the crew, and we brought you Vertigo, our first and
only demo, at BuenZli #5. After the Party, Disco joined.
We had a small discussion going on because of the name, and
in the end, sweeper's "excite" was chosen to be the new name
of the group. We wanted to excite the swiss scene with our
productions.. but as you know .. we never really succeeded.
Time flies, and new members are coming.. Qword, Ato, S.i.D
Spell and Picard joined the crew. With such a strong crew, we wanted
to bring you a demo.. we wanted it to be a joke upon windows98
which was then released.. we planned it for buenzli.. but
never arrived anywhere.. The next thing we created was the
Party Report for BuenZli #7, and since then, you haven't
heard anything from us, if you weren't on IRC and listening
to our talkings about nonsense stuff...
In some eyes, excite grew too big, and we did some cut to the
memberlist. Namely Ato, Picard, Qword and AcidAngel got kicked or
left the crew due to no-motivation or inactivity. 

For BuenZli #8 we wanted to create a new demo. It started out
very good, with all full of motivation. We had the script ready
and everyone knew what he had to do. We failed once again..
After BuenZli #8, S.i.D, Sweeper and Spell left the crew, leaving
back Iquito, Tash, Fairway, Genoz and Disco. 

So we came to the conclusion, that it's better for us and for
you if we stop bitching around as an inactive crew and start
something else or retire entirely from the scene.
