-A minimal capable cpu (AMD 1ghz , P3 1ghz....whatever)
-128Mb Ram.
-Vertex Shaders 1.1

P4 3ghz, 1Gb Ram and a Radeon X600.

Some problems encountered with low end cards (Radeon 7500, Intel Graphics Extreme Series 8xx)... 
the prod doesn't work or some filters appears incorrect.
