use the command line argument -w for windowed mode.
recommended due to the fuckload of loading time.


notes to paniq:
  
  1. if you have a parameter parser, why not use it?
     (read: it's nice that you specify "-f" for fullscreen
      but you don't make use of it anywhere.)
  2. it's seriously not hard to add "quit-on-esc".
     just add "and event.key.keysym.sym==SDLK_ESCAPE".
  3. SDL_mixer.dll requires smpeg.dll
     (i know, but still...)
  4. don't specify "run.py" as compilable source if
     you don't have one. :)
