We wanted to support somehow the Inspire Party '08 in their first edition 
so this is what we were able to manage.

It's pitty I didn't have time to remove the links "msvcrt.lib" in the small 
version so you should need msvcr90.dll. As I just recompile my last source 
from VS6.0 into VS2008.

Anyway if you don't have this DLL I hope the other version (linked statically)
will work (no_mscrt.exe).
