Since this application was compiled on Windows, the
executable file was not properly set as executable.
To fix this, use the Terminal, and from this directory, 
type the following:

  chmod +x demo.app/Contents/MacOS/JavaApplicationStub

Sorry for the trouble, if someone might do this once
and reupload or send to me... that would be a flash!
