A little production called 'Freak in the Window Cameo' . It's a new genre of demo making, an after-the-party-tro, which is intended to catch a bittersweet mood of reflection and recollection in that tricky "Day after the party" period. We've all been there, got the t-shirt, drank the one euro Grolsch, many times, ate copiously from the fritjes wagon over three days. Now there's this gummy headachy after-party feeling, you're heading back to work and you didn't really want to leave the party in the first place.. WHY?? Partly to prop up the sagging interest in anything Atari related at Outline. I suppose it is some blessing that there are other parties that attract much more in the way of productions, but Outline is supposed to be the Atari Party that is multi format friendly, not the party that people don't get around to releasing anything for! Also it's a nice understated way to launch a new group name and concept. The "other" group that used to do this sort of thing, back in the mid-noughties, is no more. (See above!) WHO ARE YOU?? We're the knights who say "Wee!" It's another thing that's been made up from a creative misuse of a typo - Week Nights - Wee knights, geddit? WHAT DOES THIS INTRO THING RUN ON?? Pretty much anything from 1MB STE and over. Unboosted STE - Bus limps in on one working cylinder of its engine! 16 MHz STE (Mega?) Acceptable.. Bog Standard Falcon 030 - Bus is on time (optimal mode).. Faster Falcon - Bus runs like it is being chased by bailiffs! As a further curious piece of fun, I've tested it on Hatari and Emutos (Falcon mode) too, and it's happy with that. ARE YOU GOING TO CARRY ON LIKE THIS?? I'm afraid so, yes, at least for a bit.
