It all started with experimenting with the ComfyUI node based AI App,
using IPAdapter and ControlNet model for image guidance.

The original Inercia logo, text, and some water and clouds images
were used to guide the generation process (work001_ComfyUI_image_flow)

After some iterations many images were created with the same
ComfyUI flow, some were cherry picked and combined
in a photo editor to produce the final one (work002_ComfyUI_image_result)

Another ComfyUI flow (work003_ComfyUI_animation_flow) where used
to create an animation from an image.
The model, Stable Video Diffusion (SVD) creates small 14 frames shorts.
I generated more than 100 short films, picked 3 and combined them
in a single movie using a video editor.
I then used flowframes to generate the gif and interpolate the video
in order to increase the framerate.
