An encounter on one stormy night...

From Aseprite to DPaintIV to DEGAS and back again. This one took a while, but no
shortcuts were taken - most of the dithering by hand, rain drops by hand as well 
as the water drip effects. Tweaking of the palette done with my hand crafted tool 
and DEGAS. 

Thanks to all my friends for the feedback and pats on the back, because otherwise
I wouldn't be able to finish this.
