inverse phase here with a new track
done in an hour so it sounds like crap
once with my friends we did OHCs
doing those with them are fond memories

anyway this is my first revision
straight from the hospital, I've got incisions
wouldn't miss a chance to meet all of my friends
y'all have shown me the fun never ends

I really gotta thank a few kind blokes
who sponsored my trip, you see, I'm broke
a good friend phlux got me tix on the cheap
and kieran helped me out with a place to sleep

so why'd it take so long for me to get over here?
I've been in the scene for 35 years!
there's an ocean between us, it's quite a ways
all the way from Baltimore, I'm here to say

hey I'm a dude who lives in a truck
I want your support, even just a few bucks
I run a museum with computers and games
with support from you we could be less lame

I wanna build exhibits with things from the scene
lots of things ON with music and screens
like the prodigy my life's a little bit jilting 
but we really want to afford a building

my point is that the scene is truly rad

folks in the states don't know about the scene
but oldskool dudes have seen an ANSI
everybody here has heard of a MOD
but I have to teach kids about it OH GOD

let's showcase wizards known as size coders
educate people 'bout cracktros and loaders
shouts to the folks who do EXE graphics
and truck and the belgians who brought me some lambics

what can I say that hasn't already been said?
if it weren't for this scene, I'd likely be dead.
the demoscene made me who I am today
and I want this stuff on display

from 4K to full-size, it's all mind-blowing

a chiptune display I'll show with my eyes gleaming
and still we'll have a place for y'all who do streaming
a section of the place with BBSes to dial
