"Five-Week Gut Challenge" is a SEGA GENESIS Chiptune, playing with 5 against 4 polyrhythm, 7/4 time signature and complementary rhythm. It tries to capture the ups and downs of a diet lasting several weeks. Thanks to my girlfriend Sonja for giving me the idea.
The track was created using Deflemask Tracker and is inspired by minimalist composer Steve Reich, Synthwave and Doom Metal.

It is intended to be played back using PAL-Framerate.
