How to run:

1. Start a TI-99/4A emulator like Classic99
2. Set DSK0 to the directory where you have downloaded the binary file
3. Load the file with OLD DSK0.VCC24-TI99.BIN
4. RUN

The program first draws the horizontal and vertical lines, then the corners
and the top of the package. It then waits for a key to be pressed.

Executable size is calculated with the command SIZE before and after loading
the program.
