Description:
Output 3 rows of 19 minus signs (-), 9 rows apart.
Also output \O/ above the first row of minus signs.
Output 3 columns of 19 characters, 9 columns apart.
Check the character being overwritten.
If it's a - then output a plus sign (+) else output an exclamation mark (!).

Comments:
The backslash character (\ = ASCII 92) isn't available in the default screen mode.
It is displayed as ½.
