Should one want to play the executable in an emulator (I guess
MSX2s and OPL4 chips aren't lying around) - for example openMSX,

in Catapult one should select an MSX2 machine, such as Philips NMS 8245,
and the 'moonsound' extension. Load the .dsk in drive A and off you go!
