To run this you can either:
- Run a local webserver, eg: `python3 -m http.server` and then
  browse to `http://localhost:8000`.
- Start Chrome with `--allow-file-access-from-files` and drag
  `index.html` onto the browser.

You'll also need a browser that supports WebGPU, such as Chrome.
