                   Freedir is a Amiexpress utility
                       running on 1.x and 2.x
                    and Kick 2.0 or higher only

  To Install this Utility read the install.txt of the archiv carefully !

         You must have some commands in your c dir:  Wait
                                                     Delete
                                                     Info
   
  This tool is designed to help sysops who don't have much time for
  running a bbs (for example if they are in the army or s.th. like
  that) but don't want to close it.It does many jobs a sysop 
  normally has to do on his own like automatically deleting old
  files,styling your filelists,removing unwanted comments from
  the filelist...it works with multinode boards as well and runs
  only if an upload was made.For a short description of the abilities
  reed the overview below and for a detailed description of the commands
  and how to use them read the config.file "freedir.cfg"
  
 
  SKIPLIST:      You can create a textfile in which you include comments
                 you don't want to have in your filelist for example if
                 a user always writes "call my bbs at XXX" or s.th. like
                 that and these comments are removed from the filelist     

  STYLE:         You can make your filelist look better like joining
                 uploads which belong to the same program together
                 (if they were sent by the same user) so you don't
                 have the "sent by..." after every file but only once
                 after the whole upload...you can also add a line after
                 each upload for example "--------..." or a blank line
                 or anything you like (but the first letter must be a
                 space) and you can change the "sent by XXX" to anything
                 you want,like "[ USER ]".
                 WARNING !!! If the "sent-by"-option is turned
                 off in the amiex-config this option doesn't
                 work.

  DAYSHIFTER:    Adds a comment (2 lines) between the days like 
                 " ________               _________ "
                 "(________) 24 DEC 1992 (_________)"
                 You can make your own comment of course in the
                 configfile.The date will be added automatically
                 to the second line. 

  AUTODELETE:    WARNING !!! If the "sent by"-option is turned
                 off in the amiex-config the files that were
                 deleted will not be added to the oldfilelist.
                 You can set a minimum of free storage in
                 MB that must be available alltogether
                 on your drives (the tool checks all drives
                 that start with DHX) and if the free storage
                 falls below that the tool starts deleting
                 files (you can select if it deletes all files
                 of one day or one week),removes the descriptions
                 from the filelist and adds them to the oldfile-
                 list if you want.You can also overwrite the bytes
                 with another text like "OFFLINE" or "DELETED".
