DLIST - Download List Description Creator
DLIST v1.01 is a utility to process a user
specified directory of files, and extract
the file descriptions from file_id.diz or
desc.sdi files inside zip's or from an
existing file list.  It processes the
descriptions & outputs them to a text file.
