  This util has been written for /X2.x & /X3.x ! It will automatically
  recognize the /X-Version you`re running by checking the files:
    SYS:WBSTARTUP/ACP.INFO    for /X3.x
    S:ACP.STARTUP             for /X2.x
  If your Amiex files are hidden somewhere else on your HD let me know
  it and I`ll create a version for you ... but I think every /X-Sysop
  has the one or the other file in the corresponding drawer !?

  Very simple I think ... this tool places the /X-Description of a file
  entered by a user or a after a local upload into the filecomment , so
  that it can be shown from the cli or tools like diropus !
  The filecomment will start with an leading ` ` to avoid creating free
  downloads if a description starts with an `f` as the first character !

  As simple as what it does ! hehe ! The only thing you have to do is
  copying this util somewhere on your HD and add it to you logoff-batch
  e.g:
    BBS:UTILS/DESC_ADDER.EXE 0
  where 0 is the node-number you want to run the DESC-ADDER at !
  
  Further more the CLI-COMMAND `FILENOTE` has to be placed in your C: !

  hmm , the only thing you could call a bug is that the DESC-ADDER has
  some problems with ansi-logos ... in an early beta-version the
  DESC-ADDER started at the first line of the description and copied the
  first 78 characters of the description into the filecomment !
  In this version I let DESC-ADDER start at the first character that makes
  sense (`A-Z`,`a-z`,`0-9` make sense in my opinion) ! After one of these
  characters has been found DESC-ADDER will copy 78 characters to the
  fileinfo ... but sometimes the ansi-logo has got such a character in it
  and DESC-ADDER will start copying it !
  So , if anybody has a solution for this problem gimme a call and let me
  know it !
