 this is a proposed file format for 
 using graphic blocks (sprites) in mods.
 you can display entire screens,banners,
 headers,letters and more. combine all
 ansis of a mod into one single file.
 
 display graphics blocks, anywhere on 
 the screen and also relative to the
 screen dimensions/resolution.
 
 includes example of adjustable graphics
 based on screen resolution.
